After reading the Consolidation Appropriations Act (CAA) in 2021, Canada could see through the trees in the forest - a path for employers leading to transparency, clarity and control when shopping and implementing a Group Health Plan.

Next, the co-founders imagined; we know 6 out of 10 health plans are broken from decades of experience. All we have to do is break Group Health Plans, right? It seemed too simple.
What if we were to identify the dangers, opportunities and strengths for the employer, identify which elements are broken and enable the Small Employer to take control of their health plan?
As a result, we developed a Stress Test,
which generates a Confidence Score, arming the employer to have a conversation with their Broker – good, bad or ugly.
